1. ELIGIBILITY: Keebler ^® Butterbeer™ Sweepstakes(the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have a valid email account as of the date of entry ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees of Ferrero U.S.A., Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, its promotion, advertising and internet agencies, including Administrator as defined below, prize suppliers, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. (“Warner Bros.”), Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort, an affiliate of NBCUniversal “Universal Orlando70066843”) (and their respective employees, directors, officers and agents) (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and each member of their immediate family (spouse, parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Administrator’s server shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. Warner Bros. and Universal are not sponsors or administrators of this sweepstakes. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor and not to Universal or Warner Bros.

2 . HOW TO ENTER:The Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on February 9, 2025 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2025 ("Promotion Period”). Eligible Entrants (each an "Entrant") may visit the Keebler ^® Butterbeer™ Sweepstakes website www.butterbeersweeps.com and follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit the online entry form with all required information including name and email address. If a winning notification is shown on screen after submission of completed online entry form, Entrant will be asked to accept their Instant Win prize. (If Entrant is not a winner, they will instead receive a “non-winning” message.) To accept an Instant Win prize, Entrant will be required to enter their email address again and confirm compliance with these Official Rules. Prize claim must be completed during same online session as when Instant Win prize notification was received and, after such time, prize claim is void (and Instant Win prize will be forfeited without compensation and will NOT be awarded). Allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks after acceptance of Instant Win prize to receive prize provided that your eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules has been confirmed by Sponsor/Administrator. It is the potential winning Entrant’s sole responsibility to provide his/her correct email address and shipping address for the Instant Win prize to be awarded; if potential winning Entrant fails to do so the corresponding Instant Win prize will be forfeited without compensation and will NOT be awarded. UNCLAIMED OR FORFEITED INSTANT WIN PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Submission of the completed online entry form will also include one (1) entry in the Grand Prize random drawing for a chance to win the Grand Prize.

Limit one (1) entry (including game play) per person per day [12:00:00 a.m. ET – 11:59:59 p.m. ET] during Promotion Period; limit one (1) entry (including game play) per e-mail address per day [12:00:00 a.m. ET – 11:59:59 p.m. ET] during Promotion Period. Any violation of this entry limit, any use of automated/programmed methods of entry or third party services to effect entry will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes, forfeiture of Instant Win prize(s) previously won if applicable (and, in such case, winner will be required to return Instant Win Prize(s) or their value), and perhaps other legal sanctions. Entrants can enter via desktop computer or compatible mobile device. Standard data rates may apply if entering via mobile device, check with your mobile data carrier. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for late, lost, garbled/undecipherable, inaccessible, blocked, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect or invalid entries, which are void and will be disqualified.

3. WINNER SELECTION -There will be a total of one hundred and twelve (112) daily Instant Win prizes, sixteen (16) weekly Instant Win prizes (each week begins on Sunday at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on the immediately following Saturday at 11:59:59 p.m. ET) and one (1) Grand Prize for a total of 129 prizes available to be won. Each Instant Win prize has been randomly assigned to a randomly pre-selected time during the Promotion Period. The first person who completes and submits an online entry form as per Rule 2 above at or after the randomly pre-selected time during a given day or a given week (as the case may be) will win the corresponding Instant Win Prize subject to verification of their eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules. Actual odds of winning an Instant Win prize of a digital gift card which may be redeemed for a Harry Potter™ Mystery Box depend on the number of eligible Entrants on a given day of the Promotion Period and when on a given day of the Promotion Period a given Entrant submits their completed online entry form. Actual odds of winning an Instant Win prize of a digital gift card which may be redeemed for a Harry Potter™Trunk depend on the number of eligible Entrants during a given week of the Promotion Period and when during a given week of the Promotion Period a given Entrant submits their completed online entry form.

There will be one (1) Grand Prize, with the winner selected in a random drawing comprised of all completed online entry forms. The random drawing will be conducted on or about June 2, 2025 by the Administrator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating thereto. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the number of Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Instant Win prize winners will be notified instantly after submission of completed online entry form. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via email following the conduct of the random drawing and must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) within three (3) business days of notification. Failure to do so, if potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted by Administrator for any reason or if Sponsor/Administrator determine that potential Grand Prize winner is ineligible or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, will result in forfeiture of Grand Prize without compensation of any kind and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected from among all remaining Eligible Entries received for the random drawing.

5. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV): Includes daily Instant Win prizes, weekly Instant Win prizes and one Grand Prize.

INSTANT WIN PRIZES:One Hundred and twelve (112) digital gift cards which may be used for a Harry Potter Mystery Box available at www.harrypottershop.com† (ARV $90.00 each), sixteen (16) digital gift cards which may be used for a personalized Harry Potter Trunk available at www.harrypottershop.com‡ (ARV $200.00 each). Issuer of digital gift card is a bank or financial institution, with the specific bank/financial institution being determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Issuer’s terms and conditions apply to redemption of gift card. Product at www.harrypottershop.com subject to availability and additional restrictions.

†Harry Potter Mystery Box may contain Character Wands, Chocolate Frog with authentic film packaging, Hermoine Granger Kawaii Soft Toy, Time Turner Keychain, Bertie Bott’s Every Flavor Beans and Bottled Butterbeer™ (which does NOT contain alcohol). Some contents of Harry Potter Mystery Box may not be suitable for persons with allergies and other dietary restrictions.

‡Harry Potter Trunk will be personalized with winner’s name in English characters. Harry Potter Trunk is a decorative collectible but is NOT designed for travel use or for overly heavy items.

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded. Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a five (5) day, four (4) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guest(s)”) to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida (“Trip”).

Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest(s) from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion) to Orlando, Florida*; four (4) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal Terra Luna Resort or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, Florida*; and Universal Orlando 3-Park 3-Day Park-to-Park PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks, Universal Volcano Bay water theme park, plus one (1) day admission to Universal Epic Universe, for Grand Prize Winner and Guests. Grand Prize also includes a check (provided by Sponsor) in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) which the Grand Prize Winner may use to defray unspecified expenses in conjunction with acceptance and use of prize.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Trip is Six Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Seven and 88/100 Dollars ($6,987.88).

Trip must occur from September 1, 2025 – September 1, 2026 or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blockout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Universal Orlando and Sponsor approval in their sole discretion. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. If Grand Prize Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Guests or no Guests, the Prize will be awarded to Grand Prize Winner and each participating Guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and no further or alternative compensation will be awarded. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. If Grand Prize Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), Grand Prize Winner must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel. Unless child or ward of Grand Prize Winner or one of the allotted Guests, each Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Grand Prize Winner. Each Guest of Grand Prize Winner (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to travel. ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Grand Prize Winner and Guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Universal Orlando.

* If Grand Prize Winner is a Florida resident, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Universal Orlando and Sponsor in their sole discretion.

In connection with any visit to Universal Orlando Resort, please be advised that Universal’s policies, CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. In addition, guests should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before visiting any Universal destination. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Universal and Sponsor cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit.

All parts of the prize are subject to availability and blockout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this Promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Universal Orlando Resort and Sponsor in their sole and absolute discretion, reserve the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfillment processes and timelines for the prize, which may include but are not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfillment, or offering experiences and items of an equivalent or greater value.

Grand Prize will be terminated without liability to Released Parties if Sponsor or Universal Orlando determine in the sole discretion of either party that Grand Prize Winner and/or Guest(s) are acting in an inappropriate, anti-social or otherwise unacceptable manner in conjunction with Grand Prize trip. The preceding expressly includes but is not limited to the violation of the admissions policies to any Universal Orlando attractions. If the violation is particularly egregious or blatant, Grand Prize may be terminated without warning or prior notice of any kind. In all cases, termination of Grand Prize will not represent the sole remedy available to Released Parties.

Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”) is a prize provider only in this promotion, is not a sponsor of this promotion and is not responsible for the administration of the promotion, the collection of entries, or the selection of the Grand Prize Winner. Any disputes, claims, and causes of action against Universal Orlando arising out of or relating to any person’s use of or participation in any prize provided by Universal Orlando shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.

All prize suppliers are in no way a sponsor, endorser, or otherwise associated with this Sweepstakes.

A GIVEN PERSON/HOUSEHOLD/E-MAIL ADDRESS MAY ONLY WIN A MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) DAILY INSTANT WIN PRIZE AND ONE (1) WEEKLY INSTANT WIN PRIZE (IN ADDITION TO POSSIBLY WINNING THE GRAND PRIZE).

6. ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes to be awarded "as is" and any and all warranties and/or guarantees (if any) shall be subject to the manufacturers'/suppliers’ terms; therefore, Winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer(s)/supplier(s) for any such warranty(s) and/or guarantee(s), if any. Any prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost or stolen Prizes, or any part thereof, or any issues arising out of or in connection with Winner's use of a Prize, or any part thereof. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the Prize. No prize transfer or cash redemption are permitted (except for gift card prizes where the ability to redeem gift card for cash value is prescribed by law). No prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (in whole or in part) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Except with Sponsor's written consent (which may be granted or withheld by Sponsor without liability of any kind), prize must be accepted as awarded. As applicable, any stated difference between the approximate retail value and actual value of prize (or any component thereof) or any substituted prize (or any component thereof) will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any costs and expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, all federal, state, or local taxes (if any) on the prize and any additional costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize that are not described herein as being awarded. Grand Prize Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 Tax Form reflecting the value of the Grand Prize and Instant Win Prize(s) won (if any); Grand Prize Winner agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor and its representatives (including Administrator) with regard to Sponsor’s fulfillment of its obligation to report award of prize(s) to winner including by providing his/her Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number upon request. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Should there be a programming, production, technological, printing or other error of any kind at any Prize Level, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible prize claimants at the affected Prize Level to award only the number of prizes at that Prize Level which have not already been awarded.) As applicable, Sponsor reserves the right to ship various prize components separately.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or the Released Parties resulting from Entrant's participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes, or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Sweepstakes (including, the prize claim procedure). No responsibility or liability is assumed by Sponsor or the Released Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Promotion: (a) hardware or software errors; (b) faulty computer, cable, satellite, network, cellular, electronic, Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; (c) errors or limitations of any Internet or wireless service providers, servers, hosts or other providers; (d) garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; (e) failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; (f) lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; (g) inaccessibility of the Website in whole or in part for any reason; (h) traffic congestion on the Internet or the Website; (i) unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized activity of any kind, tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; (j) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, delay in operation, transmission, distribution of, alteration of, entry/game play procedure, whether caused by the Entrant, or otherwise; (k) any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or otherwise; or (l) destruction of any aspect of the Promotion, or loss, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Promotion. The Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the uploading, the processing of Entries/game plays/prize claims, the announcement of the prizes or any Promotion-related materials. Use of Website is at user’s own risk. The Released Parties are not responsible for any personal injury, death or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to Entrant’s, or any other person's computer, mobile device resulting from participation in the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the Sweepstakes.

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/GENERAL RULES: By entering, each Entrant agrees (a) that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to use in any manner (unless prohibited by law) Entrant's name, voice, city and state of residence, and photographs and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or promotion and/or any other purpose now or hereafter known anywhere in the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification to Entrant, or any third parties, except where prohibited by law; (b) to release the Released Parties from any and all liability and to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to Entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to Entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of (i) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize(s); (ii) participation in or administration of this Sweepstakes; (iii) the exploitation of any of the rights granted herein; and (iv) any element of this Sweepstakes; (c) to assume all liability for any injury or damage related to (a) (i)-(iv); (d) to be bound by the Official Rules and the Administrator's decisions which are final; (e) to waive all rights to claim or collect punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages; (f) that all causes of action relating to this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (g) that any and all claims, judgments, or awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys' fees; and (h) that New York law shall apply exclusively to the Sweepstakes and that any dispute with respect to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the County of New York, State of New York, regardless of conflict of law/choice of law provisions of New York or any other jurisdiction. (Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that a cause of action relates exclusively to the Grand Prize provided by Universal Orlando, such cause of action must be exclusively brought in state or federal courts in Orange County, Florida and Florida law, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, shall apply to same. Should there be any inconsistency between the terms set forth in this Rule and the terms of Rule 5 with regard to the Grand Prize provided by Universal Orlando, Rule 5 will prevail, govern and control in all respects.)

Released Parties are not responsible for (1) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, miscommunications, computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether computer, software, hardware, network, technical, human, mechanical, electronic, seeding or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Sweepstakes game plays/entries, or prize claims, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or for any damage to Entrant's or other person's hardware or software (or mobile device) as a result of participation; (2) failed, incomplete, undeliverable, garbled, delayed, late, lost, misdirected, stolen, or any combination thereof, game plays/entries, prize notifications or prize claims; (3) damage to Entrant's or any person's computer, mobile device or the contents thereof; (4) any condition caused by events that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; or (5) any inability of any winner to accept any prize(s). Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes (including but not limited to any attempt to defraud Sponsor or Administrator in conjunction with the implementation of the Sweepstakes) or whose conduct potentially compromised the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules as solely determined by the Administrator will be disqualified and all associated Sweepstakes entries/game plays/prize claims will be void and they will be compelled to return any prizes (or their value) which may have been awarded to them. However, the return of the prize(s) or their value shall not in any way represent the sole remedy available to Sponsor under such circumstances. Every submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the Entrant and repetitive, automated electronic submission of Sweepstakes game plays/entries is specifically disallowed. Use of automated entry software or programs is prohibited and entry/game play through any such means is void.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or errors, viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or any or other similar causes or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs or compromises the administration, security, integrity or fairness of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and limit entries/game plays to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to otherwise proceed (including making prizes available) in such a manner as may be deemed fair, equitable and consistent with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled or terminated, notice will be posted online at www.butterbeersweeps.com. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor.

In the event a dispute arises regarding the specific individual entitled to receive a prize, a game play/entry will be deemed made by the "authorized email account holder" of the email address submitted on the online entry form. "Authorized email account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor/Administrator with proof that the Entrant is the authorized email account holder of the email address in question. Any damage made to any Sweepstakes-related website by an Entrant will be the responsibility of the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted on the online entry form that is associated with the damage in question. Proof of submitting game plays/entries or prize claims will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER MATERIALS IN PLACE OF ITS OFFICIAL INSTANT WIN PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION. Any entries/game plays which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor/Administrator. Sponsor/ Administrator reserve the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. If an Entrant submits more than the stated number of entries/game plays permitted (i.e., one per person/email address per day, as set forth above), and/or if Sponsor and/or Administrator suspects that an Entrant attempted to obtain additional entries/game plays by using multiple email addresses, user IDs, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries/game plays submitted by the Entrant will be declared null and void. Again, voiding of entries/game plays shall not in any way represent the sole remedy available to Sponsor under such circumstances. Sponsor’s/Administrator’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

REQUEST FOR WINNERS' NAMES: For the names of the winners (available after June 20, 2025), send a self-addressed stamped (#10) envelope to: The Keebler ^® Butterbeer™Sweepstakes 2025 Sweepstakes Winner, c/o Berlin Productions 870 Locke Ln, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598. Winners' names will be sent after prizes have been awarded. Requests received after July 20, 2025 will not be honored.
