1. ELIGIBILITY: Keebler^® Butterbeer 2026 Sweepstakes(the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have a valid email account as of the date of entry ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees of Ferrero U.S.A., Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, its promotion, advertising and internet agencies, including Administrator as defined below, prize suppliers, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. (“Warner Bros.”), (and their respective employees, directors, officers and agents) (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and each member of their immediate family (spouse, parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Administrator’s server shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. Warner Bros. is not a sponsor or administrator of this sweepstakes. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor and not to Warner Bros.

2. HOW TO ENTER:The Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 1, 2026 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2026 ("Promotion Period”). Eligible Entrants (each an "Entrant") may visit the Keebler^® Butterbeer Sweepstakes website www.butterbeersweeps.com and follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit the online entry form with all required information including name and email address. If a winning notification is shown on screen after submission of completed online entry form, Entrant will be asked to accept their Instant Win prize. (If Entrant is not a winner, they will instead receive a “non-winning” message.) To accept an Instant Win prize, Entrant will be required to enter their email address again and confirm compliance with these Official Rules. Prize claim must be completed during same online session as when Instant Win prize notification was received and, after such time, prize claim is void (and Instant Win prize will be forfeited without compensation and will NOT be awarded). Allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks after acceptance of Instant Win prize to receive prize provided that your eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules has been confirmed by Sponsor/Administrator. It is the potential winning Entrant’s sole responsibility to provide his/her correct email address and shipping address for the Instant Win prize to be awarded; if potential winning Entrant fails to do so the corresponding Instant Win prize will be forfeited without compensation and will NOT be awarded. UNCLAIMED OR FORFEITED INSTANT WIN PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Submission of the completed online entry form will also include one (1) entry in the Grand Prize random drawing for a chance to win the Grand Prize.

Entrants will have the option (not mandatory) to share their trivia gameplay score using the social share tools located on the thank you page for one (1) bonus entry into the Grand Prize Drawing only. One (1) bonus entry per person. Bonus entry will be awarded regardless of result of trivia game play (provided that the trivia game is played to conclusion) – TRIVIA GAME IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY -- and successful social share as long as the user has clicked to engage the social sharing tools on thank you page. Bonus entry will only be awarded if entrant utilizes the social share tool without modification of any kind. Social media platforms are in no way a sponsor, endorser or otherwise associated with the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry (including game play) per person per day [12:00:00 a.m. ET – 11:59:59 p.m. ET] during Promotion Period; limit one (1) bonus entry per person during Promotion Period. Any violation of this entry limit, any use of automated/programmed methods of entry or third party services to effect entry and/or bonus entry will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes, forfeiture of Instant Win prize(s) previously won if applicable (and, in such case, winner will be required to return Instant Win Prize(s) or their value), and perhaps other legal sanctions. Entrants can enter via desktop computer or compatible mobile device. Standard data rates may apply if entering via mobile device, check with your mobile data carrier. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for late, lost, garbled/undecipherable, inaccessible, blocked, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect or invalid entries/bonus entries, which are void and will be disqualified.

3. WINNER SELECTION -There will be a total of sixty one (61) daily Instant Win prizes, nine (9) weekly Instant Win prizes (each week begins on Sunday at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on the immediately following Saturday at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except for the final week which ends on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET) and one (1) Grand Prize for a total of 71 prizes available to be won. Each Daily Instant Win prize has been randomly assigned to a randomly pre-selected time during a given day during the Promotion Period; each Weekly Instant Win Prize has been randomly assigned to a randomly pre-selected time during a given week during the Promotion Period. The first person who completes and submits an online entry form as per Rule 2 above at or after the randomly pre-selected time during a given day or a given week (as the case may be) will win the corresponding Instant Win Prize subject to verification of their eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules. Actual odds of winning a daily Instant Win prize depend on the number of eligible Entrants on a given day of the Promotion Period and when on a given day of the Promotion Period a given Entrant submits their completed online entry form. Actual odds of winning a weekly Instant Win prize depend on the number of eligible Entrants during a given week of the Promotion Period and when during a given week of the Promotion Period a given Entrant submits their completed online entry form.

There will be one (1) Grand Prize, with the winner selected in a random drawing comprised of all completed online entry forms and bonus entries. The random drawing will be conducted on or about May 4, 2026 by the Administrator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating thereto. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the number of Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Instant Win prize winners will be notified instantly after submission of completed online entry form. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via email following the conduct of the random drawing and must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) within three (3) business days of notification. Failure to do so, if potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted by Administrator for any reason or if Sponsor/Administrator determine that potential Grand Prize winner is ineligible or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, will result in forfeiture of Grand Prize without compensation of any kind and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected from among all remaining Eligible Entries received for the random drawing.

5. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV): Includes daily Instant Win prizes, weekly Instant Win prizes and one Grand Prize.

INSTANT WIN PRIZES :

Sixty one (61) DAILY INSTANT WIN PRIZES:digital gift cards (ARV $50.00 each).

Nine (9) WEEKLY INSTANT WIN PRIZES: “Harry Potter And The Cursed Child” Broadway Show pairs of tickets $500 (per pair).* plus a $500.00 digital gift card. Total ARV: $1,000.00 each.

In all cases, issuer of digital gift card is a bank or financial institution, with the specific bank/financial institution being determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Issuer’s terms and conditions apply to redemption of gift card.

*Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” ticket prices may vary.See “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” Broadway Show Restrictions under “GRAND PRIZE’ below. In Sponsor’s sole discretion, “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” tickets may be awarded in the form of a digital gift card (ARV: $500.00 per pair).

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded. Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York City in June/July 2026 (“Trip”).

Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor), two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in New York , N.Y.**; tickets for admission to the “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” Broadway show. Grand Prize also includes a check (provided by Sponsor) in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) which the Grand Prize Winner may use to defray unspecified expenses in conjunction with acceptance and use of prize.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Trip is Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000).

Trip must occur from June 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026 or “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” portion of Grand Prize may be forfeited with no substitute prize element or compensation being awarded. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blockout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Sponsor approval in their sole discretion. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at fifteen (15) days prior to intended departure date. If Grand Prize Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Prize with no Guest, the Prize will be awarded to Grand Prize Winner only and no further or alternative compensation will be awarded. The preceding includes receipt of only one ticket to “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.” All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. If Grand Prize Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), Grand Prize Winner must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel. Unless child or ward of Grand Prize Winner or Guest, Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Grand Prize Winner. Guest of Grand Prize Winner (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to travel. ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Grand Prize Winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor.

** If Grand Prize Winner is a New York, New Jersey or Connecticut resident, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Sponsor in their sole discretion; and, in such case, no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

“Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” Broadway Show Restrictions : “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” is intended for persons ages eight (8) or older. Children under age five (5) are not permitted in the theater. Children under age fifteen (15) must be accompanied to performance by an adult. Sponsor shall determine in its sole discretion the performance of “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” for which tickets will be awarded. Without limitation, performance may be a matinee. Performances are held Tuesday through Sunday and are offered subject to availability. Seat location and ticket type will be determined solely by Sponsor. Tickets to “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” are subject to terms and conditions of use as indicated thereon/provided therewith. Tickets are not intended for use by anyone other than Winner and his/her Guest including but not limited to provision to another via re-sale, exchange or barter. The terms and conditions of tickets awarded will govern in the event performance of “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” is not held for any reason; such as, natural disaster, governmental action, demonstration, riot, strike or act of terrorism. Winner and his/her Guest agree to comply with all applicable theater regulations when attending “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.”

All parts of the prize are subject to availability and blockout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this Promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Sponsor in their sole and absolute discretion, reserve the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfillment processes and timelines for the prize, which may include but are not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfillment, or offering experiences and items of an equivalent or greater value.

Grand Prize will be terminated without liability to Released Parties if Sponsor determines in the sole discretion of either party that Grand Prize Winner and/or Guest are acting in an inappropriate, anti-social or otherwise unacceptable manner in conjunction with Grand Prize trip. The preceding includes but is not limited to the conduct of Grand Prize Winner and Guest when attending “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.” If the violation is particularly egregious or blatant, Grand Prize may be terminated without warning or prior notice of any kind. In all cases, termination of Grand Prize will not represent the sole remedy available to Released Parties.

The Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for all prizes is twenty-two thousand and fifty dollars ($22,050).

All prize suppliers are in no way a sponsor, endorser, or otherwise associated with this Sweepstakes.

A GIVEN PERSON/HOUSEHOLD/E-MAIL ADDRESS MAY ONLY WIN A MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) DAILY OR WEEKLY INSTANT WIN PRIZE (IN ADDITION TO POSSIBLY WINNING THE GRAND PRIZE).

6. ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes to be awarded "as is" and any and all warranties and/or guarantees (if any) shall be subject to the manufacturers'/suppliers’ terms; therefore, Winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer(s)/supplier(s) for any such warranty(s) and/or guarantee(s), if any. Any prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost or stolen Prizes, or any part thereof, or any issues arising out of or in connection with Winner's use of a Prize, or any part thereof. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the Prize. No prize transfer or cash redemption are permitted (except for gift card prizes where the ability to redeem gift card for cash value is prescribed by law). No prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (in whole or in part) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Except with Sponsor's written consent (which may be granted or withheld by Sponsor without liability of any kind), prize must be accepted as awarded. As applicable, any stated difference between the approximate retail value and actual value of prize (or any component thereof) or any substituted prize (or any component thereof) will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any costs and expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, all federal, state, or local taxes (if any) on the prize and any additional costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize that are not described herein as being awarded. Grand Prize Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 Tax Form reflecting the value of the Grand Prize and Instant Win Prize won (if any); Grand Prize Winner agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor and its representatives (including Administrator) with regard to Sponsor’s fulfillment of its obligation to report award of prize(s) to winner including by providing his/her Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number upon request. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Should there be a programming, production, technological, printing or other error of any kind at any Prize Level, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible prize claimants at the affected Prize Level to award only the number of prizes at that Prize Level which have not already been awarded.) As applicable, Sponsor reserves the right to ship various prize components separately.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or the Released Parties resulting from Entrant's participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes, or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Sweepstakes (including, the prize claim procedure). No responsibility or liability is assumed by Sponsor or the Released Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Promotion: (a) hardware or software errors; (b) faulty computer, cable, satellite, network, cellular, electronic, Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; (c) errors or limitations of any Internet or wireless service providers, servers, hosts or other providers; (d) garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; (e) failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; (f) lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; (g) inaccessibility of the Website in whole or in part for any reason; (h) traffic congestion on the Internet or the Website; (i) unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized activity of any kind, tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; (j) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, delay in operation, transmission, distribution of, alteration of, entry/game play procedure, whether caused by the Entrant, or otherwise; (k) any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or otherwise; or (l) destruction of any aspect of the Promotion, or loss, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Promotion. The Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the uploading, the processing of Entries/Bonus Entries/game plays/prize claims, the announcement of the prizes or any Promotion-related materials. Use of Website is at user’s own risk. The Released Parties are not responsible for any personal injury, death or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to Entrant’s, or any other person's computer, mobile device resulting from participation in the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the Sweepstakes.

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/GENERAL RULES: By entering, each Entrant agrees (a) that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to use in any manner (unless prohibited by law) Entrant's name, voice, city and state of residence, and photographs and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or promotion and/or any other purpose now or hereafter known anywhere in the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification to Entrant, or any third parties, except where prohibited by law; (b) to release the Released Parties from any and all liability and to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to Entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to Entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of (i) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize(s); (ii) participation in or administration of this Sweepstakes; (iii) the exploitation of any of the rights granted herein; and (iv) any element of this Sweepstakes; (c) to assume all liability for any injury or damage related to (a) (i)-(iv); (d) to be bound by the Official Rules and the Administrator's decisions which are final; (e) to waive all rights to claim or collect punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages; (f) that all causes of action relating to this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (g) that any and all claims, judgments, or awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys' fees; and (h) that New York law shall apply exclusively to the Sweepstakes and that any dispute with respect to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the County of New York, State of New York, regardless of conflict of law/choice of law provisions of New York or any other jurisdiction.

Released Parties are not responsible for (1) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, miscommunications, computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether computer, software, hardware, network, technical, human, mechanical, electronic, seeding or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Sweepstakes game plays/entries/bonus entries, or prize claims, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or for any damage to Entrant's or other person's hardware or software (or mobile device) as a result of participation; (2) failed, incomplete, undeliverable, garbled, delayed, late, lost, misdirected, stolen, or any combination thereof, game plays/entries/bonus entries, prize notifications or prize claims; (3) damage to Entrant's or any person's computer, mobile device or the contents thereof; (4) any condition caused by events that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; or (5) any inability of any winner to accept any prize(s). Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes (including but not limited to any attempt to defraud Sponsor or Administrator in conjunction with the implementation of the Sweepstakes) or whose conduct potentially compromised the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules as solely determined by the Administrator will be disqualified and all associated Sweepstakes entries/bonus entry/game plays/prize claims will be void and they will be compelled to return any prizes (or their value) which may have been awarded to them. However, the return of the prize(s) or their value shall not in any way represent the sole remedy available to Sponsor under such circumstances. Every submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the Entrant and repetitive, automated electronic submission of Sweepstakes game plays/entries/bonus entries is specifically disallowed. Use of automated entry software or programs is prohibited and entry/bonus entry/game play through any such means is void.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or errors, viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or any or other similar causes or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs or compromises the administration, security, integrity or fairness of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and limit entries/bonus entries/game plays to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to otherwise proceed (including making prizes available) in such a manner as may be deemed fair, equitable and consistent with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled or terminated, notice will be posted online at www.butterbeersweeps.com. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor.

In the event a dispute arises regarding the specific individual entitled to receive a prize, a game play/entry/bonus entry will be deemed made by the "authorized email account holder" of the email address submitted on the online entry form. "Authorized email account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor/Administrator with proof that the Entrant is the authorized email account holder of the email address in question. Any damage made to any Sweepstakes-related website by an Entrant will be the responsibility of the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted on the online entry form that is associated with the damage in question. Proof of submitting game plays/entries/bonus entries or prize claims will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER MATERIALS IN PLACE OF ITS OFFICIAL INSTANT WIN PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION. Any entries/bonus entries/game plays which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor/Administrator. Sponsor/ Administrator reserve the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. If an Entrant submits more than the stated number of entries/bonus entries/game plays permitted (i.e., one per person/email address per day, as set forth above), and/or if Sponsor and/or Administrator suspects that an Entrant attempted to obtain additional entries/bonus entries/game plays by using multiple email addresses, user IDs, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries/bonus entries/game plays submitted by the Entrant will be declared null and void. Again, voiding of entries/bonus entries/game plays shall not in any way represent the sole remedy available to Sponsor under such circumstances. Sponsor’s/Administrator’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

NOTICE TO ENTRANTS: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR IN ANY RESPECT IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AS WELL AS DISQUALIFYING SUCH INDIVIDUAL FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES (IF APPLICABLE).

9.
